Most delegates attending the Marist Model United Nations will be members of the General Assembly. Following the crafting of resolutions in topical committee meetings, delegates will gather in the GA to debate the resolutions. Prior to the start of debate, a number of delegates will be chosen to provide speeches for and against the resolution at hand. Following the for and against speeches, debate commences.

At the end of the conference, the General Assembly will be presented with an emergency crisis resolution for a final competitive and pressing debate.
